110% Fluid Volume Protection
Tank farms, also known as invert systems or mud storage systems, are comprised of a grouping of key equipment to properly contain fluids and drilling waste on project sites. Strad is a leading supplier of tank farms in North America.
Strad’s standard tank farm consists of four to eight 400 BBL (63m³) upright tanks in close proximity for the temporary storage of fluids on a project site. The tanks are set up within a spill containment system (SuperBerm®) on top of a rig mat pad to prevent fluids or waste from coming in direct contact with the ground.
Strad’s SuperBerm® is the only engineered berm that is qualified to hold 110% of fluid volume. Other equipment in the package includes liners, mats, tanks, pumps, fire extinguishers, stairs and road crossings. Additional rental equipment is available to customize tank farm systems and setups. All products and equipment exceed provincial, state and federal safety regulations. Strad provides all tank farm equipment with proper signage and lighting.
