Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for representing Strad directly to customers and potential customers
  • Promote sales of Strad’s Industrial Matting products and services in the area, communicating to customers an extensive knowledge and familiarity with Strad Oilfield’s products
  • Upkeep and growth of existing accounts, and creation of new accounts
  • Responsible for meeting monthly & quarterly revenue goals
  • Visits prospect sites delivering sales presentations 
  • Collecting information about customers and competitors to assist in the development of Industrial Matting sales strategies
  • Confers with potential customers to ascertain equipment, supplies, and service needs
  • Develop strong working relationships with customer’s Well-Site Supervisors and Superintends 
  • Identify and contact decision makers through cold calls and networking
  • Strong communication and working relationship with operations to ensure we exceed customer expectations on all jobs
  • Additional duties based on business needs

Knowledge, Education, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas operations and/or field sales required preference will be given to those with Industrial Matting experience  
  • A strong background and working knowledge in the products and services that Strad offers, preferred
  • Must be able to meet goals and quotas as assigned by the Industrial Matting sales management team
  • Must have a proven sales track record 
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills; able to relate well with customers and coworkers
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be able to meet DOT physical standards and comply with DOT regulations
  • Must possess a qualified Driving Record
