  • Major Responsibilities:

    • Overall administrative support for operations
    • Effectively and professionally greet and communicate with all visitors to the office
    • Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
    • Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff member
    • Maintain phone system including voicemail and auto attendant recordings
    • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, work with couriers, and distribute faxes
    • Collect and review employee timesheets and ensure timely submission to Corporate Payroll Review purchase card statements for appropriate expense coding
    • Oversee on-going office services (i.e.: ordering of kitchen/office supplies)
    • Provide administrative support to management and other staff and visitors
    • Coordinate weekly travel arrangements for rotating employees (flights, car rentals, accommodations)
    • Assist operations with scheduling
    • General Filing
    • Additional duties that may arise as the needs of the organization change

    Knowledge, Education, Skills & Qualifications:

    • 2+ years administrative experience is required
    • Experience with oil & gas industry is a plus
    • Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a big picture perspective
    • Excellent PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
    • Positive attitude is a must with a desire to create win-win situations in a small office environment
    • Advanced organizational skills with ability to learn adapt in a changing environment
    • Ability and desire to consistently meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently, to organize and prioritize numerous responsibilities to meet required deadlines
    • High standards of integrity, energy level, and self-motivation
    • Be able to work overtime as necessary
