At Strad, we take our commitment to stewardship of resources seriously. In fact, it’s at our company’s core as part of our Mission Statement. We understand that satisfying the world’s demand for energy requires both conventional and unconventional resources, existing technology and new ideas. While we know that we are a tiny piece of the puzzle, we are committed to the development of cost-effective solutions that help to minimize environmental impact and protect natural resources.
Strad offers a wide range of solutions to help our customers maximize results while minimizing impact. Our fleet of Environmental and Access Mats is instrumental in protecting sensitive areas, and enabling heavy equipment access with minimal disturbance. Mat solutions include thermal mats, temporary roadways and pads, containment, and zero-disturbance access mats. Our patented SteelLock interlocking mat is a keystone product with an incredible range of possible uses. Strad’s product range and depth of knowledge in this area are second to none.
Other environmental solutions include noise-reduction solutions within our Production Services division, portable fire suppression solutions with biodegradable “FlameOut” foaming agent, and numerous “zero-disturbance” drilling solutions including fluids and solids containment solutions.
Strad’s innovation team has several other important initiatives in development. We intend to continue to build our capability in other sensitive areas as well as in emerging technologies. Our hope is that our small efforts will continually improve our ability to assist customers in the access of resources in the most efficacious means possible, while inspiring others to continue to deliver ever-advancing solutions in resource stewardship.

Environmental and Access Mats
Our lines of mats are developed to prevent damage to the local environment, to reduce reclamation costs and to create a clean, safe work area.
Compression Systems
Our compressor packages are with built noise attenuation devices to limit emissions of loud sounds and spill containment solutions to hold and prevent accidental spills or leaks.
Integrated Treatment Systems (ITS)
Our newly developed Integrated Treatment System is designed to remove all impurities from produced water on location at drilling sites.
